Parking at the Loudoun Campus is strictly
enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the College Police
and Parking Services. Students parking in adjacent
retail lots are subject to towing at their expense.
The "B" parking lots
are for
STUDENTS.
Parking permits are required for student parking lots. Permits
cost $55.00 per semester and may be purchased at the Parking
Office in room 241 of the LR building.
The "A" parking lot is for
FACULTY/STAFF only.
Continuing Education Students may
purchase a semester permit, purchase a hangtag priced at $6.00
per day or use a parking meter.
HANDICAPPED PARKING and METERS are located in
only the "B" parking lots. Meters are
75¢ per hour and can be used
up to 12 hours at a time. VISITORS must use the
parking meters or purchase a hang-tag from the Parking Office.
If you are driving a
different vehicle to campus and you have a valid parking permit, you are entitled to a
FREE visitor's pass. Please contact the Parking
Office for details.
QUICK TIPS FOR PARKING AT NVCC::
- Stick your permit to the OUTSIDE of your vehicle!
(Driver's side rear bumper or driver's side OUTSIDE REAR
WINDOW.)
- The fine for improper display is $10.00
- Students with permits use "B" lots only.
- No permit refunds after current semester add/drop date for
classes.
- No overnight parking allowed.
- No parking at broken or bagged meters.
- Permits cannot be used as payment at meters.
- You have 15 days to appeal a parking ticket.
- A $10 late fee is added if you do not pay your ticket in
30 days.
- To obtain a replacement student permit at no charge
remnants of a current permit must be turned in to the
Parking Office at the same time that the replacement is
requested.
