The Loudoun Campus Police Department is responsible for the safety and securityof College students, visitors, staff, buildings and grounds, as well as for the enforcement of traffic and parking regulations, including state traffic laws.

Under the Virginia Code, College Police Officers are fully sworn and exercise the same powers and duties conferred by law upon Police Officers of cities, towns, or counties on property owned and controlled by the College under guidelines established by the College.  They have the authority to investigate crimes, make arrests, quell disturbances, direct persons off College property, oversee emergency evacuations, and otherwise exercise their assigned responsibilities.
