Obesity

    What is obesity?  Why should we be concerned with it?  The criteria used to determine if a person is obese is by measuring the body mass index (BMI).  Obesity is on the rise compared to last decade. Poor diet choices, inactivity, increased stress levels which are linked with overeating are just a few of the reasons why this is so.
