Responsible Use of Cell Phones

    How many times have you driven on a highway and noticed the person next to you on a cell phone and having a hard time staying in the lane? Have you ever seen people talking on a cell phone, totally oblivious to anything around them, weaving in and out of lanes?

    Is talking on a cell phone just as distracting as eating, reading a road map, putting on make-up, or listening to loud music while driving? Some lawmakers would like to put a ban on cell phone use while driving.
