English Course Descriptions

    Course Content Summaries are developed and approved by a Cluster composed of all full-time faculty who teach in a particular discipline at the College.  Course Content Summaries describe the approved content for each course taught at the College.

    Sample syllabi are shortened versions of the ways individual instructors deliver the course content.  Though there is no guarantee that a particular instructor will follow a particular sample syllabus when he or she offers a class, these materials will give students a good idea of what will be expected of them if they enroll in a particular course.

    The following English courses are routinely offered at the Loudoun Campus
