Completion of the IT Security Awareness Questionnaire and IT Security Awareness form document the completion of the training. The results of the questionnaire and completed form are stored in an online database available for review by state auditors.
Accessing the IT Security Awareness Questionnaire
To access the secure form using Windows XP, you must type NVCC\ before your username and then enter your password that you use to sign on to your office computer every day.
If your operating system is not WINS XP, you will need to enter your LAN username and password that you use to sign on to your office computer every day. And enter the domain, such as NVCC.
