You can also connect up to 10 individuals in a conference call by establishing a conference number each participant is to dial. You create the number as follows:

The first is your campus number:

1 for AL, 2 for AN, 3 for LO, 4 for MA, 5 for WO & 6 for MEC

The next two digits are 19.

The last two digits can be any two numbers you like.

Make sure the participants know the number you created.

When you are ready for the conference, do the following:

Pick up your phone or push speaker to get a dial tone. PushMORE until you get MEET ME at the bottom. Push MEET ME. It will ask for the number.

Enter the 5 digit number you created. As each person dials that number, they will be connectedto the conference.

Please note that callers outside the college phone network will not be able to dial the 5 digit Meet Me extension directly. Please have the external participants call someone (such as a receptionist) on your campus, who can then transfer the calls to the 5 digit MeetMe conference number . Lastly, there must be at least one participant on the conference call. If the last person on the conference call hangs up, the conference will be terminated.
