NOVA Institute For Public Service
Washington, D.C., is a world city. It is the nation’s capital and a regional economic and cultural hub. What happens within the Washington Beltway affects the world.
The NOVA Alexandria Campus is located in unequaled proximity to political and public policy-makers of the region. Federal, state and local government-related organizations are collectively the largest employer in the region surrounding the campus. Moreover, there are literally hundreds of national organizations and public interest groups that maintain headquarters in close proximity to the campus.
Ideally situated to connect to these resources, as well as to enrich the quality of life on campus and in the community beyond, the NOVA Institute for Public Service (IPS) was launched in August of 2012 at the Alexandria Campus. Please feel free to browse around our page and make sure to keep current with all of our upcoming events!
