English Placement Test
All students are required to take an English placement
test once they arrive at the college. The test will help us identify
the English course that is best for you.
To help you become more comfortable with the placement test, Sample Questions are available here.
For your convenience Testing Centers are located at each campus. Once you have received the test results counselors are available to help you select your courses.
English as a Second Language (ESL) Programs
A multi-level intensive English-Language program is available for
international students and students who are non-native speakers
of English. Each level of English language study will focus on developing
your skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking, and will
prepare you for academic courses at the college level. Once you arrive at the college, you will take an English placement test that will determine the appropriate level of English-language study for you.
