If you have earned college or university credits in your own country, you may be able to transfer those credits to your academic program at NOVA.
Your university transcript must first be evaluated for U.S. equivalency by an approved agency listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services web site www.naces.org. You will need to send an official transcript translated into English to the agency and request a course-by-course evaluation. There is a fee for this service.
Please request that your transcript evaluation be mailed to the NOVA Admissions & Records Office at the campus that you will be attending. Once the college has received the evaluation and you are enrolled in an academic program at NOVA, we will review your evaluation for transfer credit.
