The Organizational Learning & Development unit promotes NOVA’s commitment to continuous learning and excellence by providing and encouraging access to a wide range of professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. We function as in-house consultants who foster collaborative partnerships to assess and evaluate training and professional development needs for administrative and professional faculty, managers, front line supervisors and staff. We develop and deliver customized training and professional development programs based on best practices, needs, and essential job skills. We offer both in-person and online professional development opportunities that strengthen leadership and management skills, promote administrative support service excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
