Your employer has been retained to represent Mr. George McPherson, age 24. He was married six months ago to Brenda Hamilton, age 22. Brenda is a graduate student at the local university and has never held traditional employment.

She also has never performed any of the traditional household duties, believing that it would be demeaning to her. George does the majority of the household duties. She contributes minimally.

They have no children.

George works for Dominion Virginia Power as a lineman.

Two weeks ago, she told George that she would no longer have sexual relations with him, but wanted to keep the marriage going and to still sleep in the same bed with him.

Under these facts, using Goodwyn, write a memo as to whether she is guilty of constructive desertion.
