Bio

William Pegram is currently an adjunct professor at George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College teaching web page coding and design and the use of computer software tools. He worked for 16 years as an applied microeconomist for the Environmental Protection Agency, the Congressional Budget Office, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (for NASA Space Station Headquarters), Lexecon, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He is the author of "The Photovoltaics Commercialization Program" and co-author of "The Structure of the Case Studies," both in Linda R. Cohen and Roger G. Noll, The Technology Pork Barrel, Brookings Institution, 1991. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Science from Cal Tech, and A.B. and MBA from Stanford University.
