This program operates on a couple of assumptions:

  1. You never learn something so well as when you teach it.
  2. The act of writing out an explanation is a tremendous help in understanding what you describe.

That's why the dialogues. After you have created your My Other Persona (MOP), you will create a dialogue in which you teach your MOP the skill you have just read about.

I have written a number of dialogues between myself and my MOP, a student named "Larry."

I want you to read the dialogues to help you get started with your own, and to give you some information.

The "Introduction" is where Larry and I discuss this program.

Each of the general categories in the "Information" section also has a dialogue. I hope you'll read at least the one associated with the skill you're learning.
