  1. All headings should be centered.
  2. All headings should use Arial | Helvetica | Sans-serif fonts.
  3. The name of each food item should appear in blue, boldface.
  4. The description for each food item should appear in italics.
  5. The background of the entire page should be light blue, but the background of the definition list of specials should be light yellow.
  6. Any text which currently is italicized should also be displayed in red.
