On August 11, 2009 I traveled to Seattle, Washington with Brandon, who is originally from nearby Bremerton.  While there I stayed in Bremerton and took the ferry a few times over to the city.  Also, I went to Edmonds to see Rick Steves' shop and Medina where we almost saw Bill Gates' house.  A trip to Mount Rainier National park rounded out the trip as I returned home on August 18.
