CUA is located in northeast Washington, DC in a neighborhood called Brookland.  There is a metro stop right on campus called
Brookland-CUA which is on the red line of the metro system. 

This is where I attended graduate school.  I lived there for my first year of graduate school prior to moving to Bethesda.
