All corals and sea anemones belong to class Anthozoa which means "flower animals".  All members of this class have a polyp form body plan (tube like), are radially symmetrical, and are marine.

Class Anthozoa (sea anemones and corals)

Many sea anemones are colorful and vary in size.  They are carnivorous and some feed on tiny organisms floating in the water.  Some sea anemones can move rapidly, and some are sedentary.

Corals are other members of this class.  Some types of corals are reef forming that thrive in warm, clear water. The "Great Barrier Reef" is  one of the most impressive reefs. It is 1,600 Kilometers long that parallels the eastern coast of Australia.
