Mr. Michener earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting from Philadelphia College of Art. He then earned an M.F.A. Degree in Painting from GeorgeWashington University. Mr. Michener is Program Head of Fine Arts and has been teaching at the Manassas campus since 1975. His paintings have been presented in One-Man Exhibits; and his work, including photographs, has been exhibited in local and international shows, such as the Tretchekov Museum in Moscow. He is a former Direcctor of Foundry Gallery. |
