Path animations
Dreamweaver has an interesting timeline feature that allows you to define
a path for an HTML 4 layer and run it around the screen. The result is
a moving static image which isn't that compelling to me right now but
then maybe I just haven't thought of it the right way.

for an example of HTML 4 path animations created with Dreamweaver (required
4-level browser)
Don't try this one without Dreamweaver - the code is incomprehensible.
However Jamie Jaworski has a nice lower-key float
animation in one of his SuperScripter columns - looks do-able.
