Develop a basic design treatment for a web site that your group will develop in this course. The web site will need to follow my technical specifications and is required to have certain elements in it.

Web graphics , transparencies, overall tiled backgrounds, left-side tiling backgrounds, image maps and graphic slicing,common problems

Design treatments need to be posted to your project sites before Monday 3/1.
