Course Description

 

TEL 151 Internetworking II (4 CR) This course covers router theory and router technologies, beginning router configurations, routed and routing protocols, and introduction to LAN switching.  Lecture 4 hours per week.  Prerequisite: TEL 150 Internetworking 1

 

General Course Purpose

 

This second internetworking course is designed to provide students with experience in beginning router configuration and IP addressing.

 

Course Objectives

 

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
