Introduction

Music Technology I is offered at Northern Virginia Community College, Annandale Campus. This course is a comprehensive introduction into all aspects of Music Technology. Both theory and application are covered. Aspects of this class are modified each year to reflect changes in current technology.

In it students gain a broad understanding of these technologies and their underlying theories, a knowledge of how to obtain, set up, trouble-shoot, and optimally configure all necessary hardware and software, and basic skills in both their use and practical applications.
