You may submit your
completed assignments via e-mail or by regular postal mail. In either case
you must be sure to keep a copy for yourself in case the e-mail does not
reach your instructor or the assignment gets lost in the mail. Specific
directions for submitting the work follow. First, however, read and
note the following points:
- Submit your assignments in a
timely fashion and do not send more than three assignments at one time.
- Do not accumulate your
completed assignments and then send a large number in at one time. In
order to be fair to all students completing work and waiting for
feedback on their assignments, your instructor will grade no more than
three assignments from each student per week
- Do not send one part of the
assignment by email and another part via the postal service. All parts
of an assignment must be submitted at the same time.
- If you submit your work via
email, do not scan in any portion of your assignment (with the exception
of photographs). Please include all parts of an assignment in the same
document.
- If you plan to graduate in
the semester in which you register for the course, you must complete and
submit all work before the college's regular semester ends. If you
submit most of your work during your last week of enrollment in order to
qualify for graduation, your instructor will not be able to guarantee
that your work can be graded and the grade submitted to the registrar by
the graduation deadline. At the very least, your assignments will be
graded without any feedback on your work.
