Mark teaches full time on the Annandale campus of Northern Virginia Community College.

Mark teaches the following courses:

• IST 216 Personal Computer Hardware Trouble-Shooting.

• IST 203 Windows NT Networking Administration

• IST 206 Network Servicing

• IST 172 'C' programming

• IST 104 MS-DOS

Mark formally taught at Ayr College in Scotland, and before that worked for British Telecom Research Laboratories as a Software Engineer/ Systems and Network Manager. He has both a Bachelors and a Masters Degrees from the University of Glasgow as well as a Certificate in Education from the University of Strathclyde.
