  RESPONSIBILITIES / INFO

Learning Resources is to provide comprehensive and effective instructional support to the Alexandria Campus community in an environment conducive to learning.
 

  • Provide instructional assistance to faculty teaching classes in the Open Computer Center.  

  • Conduct instructional exercises and develop instructional packages.  

  • Instruct and demonstrate the use of computer hardware and software for educational purposes.  

  • Assist students with their questions related to their school assignments.  

  • Monitor and train work-study students.  

  • Conduct software installation.  

  • Troubleshoot and maintain PC hardware and software.
