Photos from Previous Micro labs-The “Peeps” Epidemic-One of the peeps carried a disease which then spread to the rest of the population! Everyone had to “pet” their peep and then swab their hands on a petri dish.  As you can see from the second photo, peeps aren’t meant to be pet!

Notes of Interest

 

Some of my passions: I have been an aquatic ecologist/microbial ecologist for over a decade studying streams, rivers, wetlands, and coastal marshes in both the US and Canada and the bacterial communities that reside within them.  I also enjoy just being out on the water.
