MTH 200 is “live on line.” That means in many ways this is a standard lecture-discussion course, delivered by technology. Assignments are due on dates set by me, and everyone takes tests on dates set by me. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday form 4:30 to 5:50. All classes are recorded and available the rest of the term.
An explanation of how to get to the class software will appear later on this web page.
If you are a student at a VCCS college other than NVCC, you need to call the NVCC IT Help desk at 703-426-4141. Have your VCCS ID number available. The folks at the Help desk will create an NVCC account for you so that you can register for MTH 200 on line
If you are not a student at any VCCS college, you must apply online using the link below
http://www.nvcc.edu/novaconnect/student/hdi-apply.htm at least 24 hours prior to registering for MTH 200
To register online, you use Novaconnect, available using the MyNova tab on NOVA's home page and signing in.This also gets you to Blackboard and your email account.
