Many people learn through a variety of methods.  In the age of television and other media, all of us have become more visual in our learning patterns.  Over the years, I have purchased many videos for my students.  I have placed the materials on Closed Reserve at the Alexandria Campus Library.  In the near future, I will list material that can be found in other NVCC libraries.
How do use the videos?  Take notes while you are watching, write a one or two page evaluation of the video, send me your notes and the evaluation by email as an attachment.  At this present moment, viewing and reporting on a video will count as credit toward the improvement of any section of the

three exams.  Students will be permitted to substitute a video review for the lowest grade earned on any one section of an exam.
