Caving and Geology: Two day
field trip exploring West Virginia Caves. A detailed look at the processes of
cave formation, fossils, cave features and geologic history of specific caves.
STUDENTS MUST ALSO REGISTER FOR PED 195 THIS SEMESTER AND ATTEND THE PRE-TRIP
MEETING. This class will
be taught over two days and requires camping over night in primitive campsites
with limited facilities. Travel through the caves is very strenuous and
physically demanding and requires work in small spaces. Smoking is not permitted
