Responsibilities
I am responsible for administering Educational Support Services (ESS)
at the Alexandria Campus. The goal of ESS associates is to facilitate student and faculty access to print and electronic resources and to enhance the development of information literacy skills. In doing so we strive to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse campus community.
