BIOGRAPHY

Dr. WAlker received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and the M.S. and  Ph.D. degrees in Physics from the University of New Hampshire, Durham. His full-time employment is as a Research Physicist in the Charged Particle Physics Branch of the Plasma Physics Division at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington DC. His current research interests include fundamental plasma physics issues associated with laboratory and space plasma.
