Creating A Report With A Wizard If you select the Report Wizard when you create a report, most of the design will be completed automatically. Click Report
Wizard and select the table or query the report
will be based on. In this instance, it will be based on Brandon's Baseball Cards. The next step is to select the
fields that you want on the report. Click Next. Once you
have selected the fields to print, it asks which
fields you want to group by. If you are creating
a report to show all the baseball cards you have from Willie Mays, you could list them by Year. If you do want grouping, select the field or
fields to group by, prioritize them if necessary, then click Next.
