|
Dr. Blackwell received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is currently a Research Physicist in the Plasma Physics Division at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington DC, where he is part of the Space Experiments Section of the Charged Particle Physics Branch. His research interests include radiofrequency plasma phenomena, plasma sources and applications, and experimental diagnostics. |
