Instructional Files Information

The following items make up an instructional file:

1.    Syllabus (Due the first week of class)

2.    Class roster with attendance record

3.    Grade sheet and anything that helped in determining their final grade.

4. Any Withdrawal and "I" Grade Change forms you need to submit

5. A print out from NovaConnect showing all grades entered and approved.

Additionally, if you are not going to be teaching next semester please return the books and materials to us since you will not be using them and another instructor will be in need of them.
