State Application: Must be filled out completely front to back and signed, resume does not substitute.
US Justice Form I-9: Top portion to be filled out by employee. Must bring in Passport OR two forms of identification such as Driver’s License and Social Security Card. See Lists A, B and C on I-9 form for list of acceptable documents.
NVCC Form 105-47A: This form determines your pay. Please fill it out very carefully and thoroughly. Your rank and pay is based upon your education and your experience. The back of the form is where you list your graduate courses in the discipline for which you are applying to teach. We need a copy of your resume and copies of your transcripts.
Please request OFFICIAL transcripts (all undergraduate and graduate transcripts) to be sent to this office. These must be received before you may teach. Have them sent to the attention of:

You will be paid monthly. Your checks are direct deposited into your bank account. You may teach up to 26 semester hours per academic year (the academic year means fall and spring). The summer semester is separate and you may teach up to 10 semester hours in the summer). You may teach at more than one NVCC campus, but not to exceed the total number of allowable hours.
You will be offered a contract semester-by-semester, based upon student enrollment and full-time faculty making their full load of classes.
