In June 2008, Geotimes reviewed the nascent geoblogosphere, including a brief rundown on my NOVA Geoblog. In April 2008, the Burke Connection interviewed me about local rocks. In January 2008, the Volcanism Blog had some nice things to say about my NOVA Geoblog. The June 07 edition of the NOVA Grants office newsletter featured an article on my Snowball Earth class. In January 08, they put out a "special edition" about it. There was an article written about my Walkingtown DC tour in the Takoma Voice. (May 2007) The Walkingtown, DC tour was also featured in promotional stories in the Washington Post and on WAMU 88.5 FM's "Metro Connection." (April 2007) In December 2005, there was an article written about one of my geology walks at Great Falls in the Frederick News-Post. |
