PROPOSAL FOR DOGWOOD PROJECT
NOVA MANASSAS CAMPUS STONE CARVING PROGRAM WEB SITE

I have decided to change my proposal a bit to focus on a web site for the Stone Carving Program. My target audience will still be students enrolled in the certificate program, as well as students involved with art history, historical preservation, art studio, and interior design curriculums.

This Web site will include the following:

ºChronology of Historical Periods with links to specific examples
ºLinks to Living Stone Carvers
ºStudent Photo Gallery
ºMaterials for Stone Carvers
ºLinks to Preservation
ºLinks to Journals and Associations

This site can grow and morph into anything relavent to the subject of Stone Carving. My intent is to reach a growing web savy audience to the unique opportunity available at the Manassas Campus. The Stone Carving Program is the only certificate program offered on the East Coast. It needs to be advertised!
