PowerPoint presentations are available for viewing on the WEB  or for download for each assigned chapter. Lecture Notes. All chapters have "lecture notes" available online as well.  These notes contain information from the chapters as well as other sources and have review questions. with the link to lectures. Links to lecture notes are also found on the course schedule.

ASSIGNMENTS - please note that assignment grades are 60% of the course.  Please read them carefully and be sure to justify EVERY recommendation you make as part of the assignment.    Assignments will receive an automatic 10% penalty if submitted more than 1 week after the due date.  After the 2nd week overdue they will NOT BE accepted unless specific accomodations requests and confirmation have been made with the instructor.  All assignments must be submitted prior to the end of the term.   If there is a problem for a particular assignment, approval of the instructor may waive the penalty.  A confirmation of that approval will be emailed.  If you do not receive confirmation, then the penalty will apply.

TEST:  READ CAREFULLY

Test is open book, open notes-this is where the outline view of the slides for each chapter comes in very handy..  Check the schedule for the due date or the last day to take the test.  Test will be available on BLACKBOARD under Course Documents at least 10 days prior to its due date, so you will need to have practiced logging in to Blackboard PRIOR to starting the test.  The test may be opened only 1 time.  You will need to find a 2 hour 55  minute block of time in which to take it.  It will be multiple choice.  If you exceed the time limit or do not click submit when the test is finished, you will be locked out of the test.
