Prerequisites. Competency in MTE 1, MTE 2, MTE 3, MTE 4, MTE 5 and MTE 6 as demonstrated through placement and diagnostic tests, or by passing the required MTE units or equivalent (i.e., test out of MTE 1-6 or take MTT 1 and pass them in class). We will use the TI-83+ or TI-84 calculator.

Course Text. Finite Mathematics (10th Edition) by Tan. A copy is in library reserves. I don't require the use of WebAssign.
Calculator. We will use the TI-83+ (or TI-84). See Shared Links for rental and purchase options. The library loans these calculators for short-term use.
