Side Navigation Table

One of the most popular uses of frames is for the creation of a left side navigation bar.

However, it is quite easy to create your own side navigation bar by using tables for both the navigation bar and the main section of your page.

Notices that the author of Sue's Audio Adventures seems to have chosen not to use a main menu bar but limits herself to a complete submenu with a link back to the home page.

However, she started this site as a classroom exercise but planned to eventually eliminate the classwork sections required by her instructor. Thus she does provide links to both her Home page and her Journey page, the cover of her other major site section.
