| You can use Microsoft PowerPoint to create a storyboard and save it as either a gif or a jpg image file. | ||
There
are two ways to create a storyboard in PowerPoint:

| Use Organization Chart |
To
access MS Organization Chart in PowerPoint:

| A
space in the form of a resizable box with little rectangles on the edges
will appear on your workspace. Click on that space and MS Organization
Chart will open on your monitor screen.
Create your storyboard by following the directions in the article Create a Storyboard with MS Organization Chart. |

| Use the Drawing Toolbar |
You
can use the drawing toolbar to create your storyboard.

if you cannot locate the drawing toolbar:

| To create your storyboard, follow the directions in the article Create a Storyboard with Microsoft Word. | ||
| Add a Background Pattern |
Once
you have created your storyboard in PowerPoint, you can add a background
pattern of your choice to the slide.

||

||
| Save Your Storyboard |
You
will be returned to your slide. Your storyboard will now be floating
on your background pattern.
To save your storyboard:
