Create
a Storyboard
with MS Organization Chart
by Agatha Taormina
| One easy way to create a storyboard is to first create the storyboard as an organizational chart in Microsoft Word and then copy it into a Word document or a web page. | ||
To
create a storyboard in this way:
| The Microsoft Organization Chart will appear in a new window, | ||
| Type
the name of your home page in the highlighted area.
To add a box to the storyboard,
| When you are finished, choose, File, Update Document 1. | ||
| Your organizational chart will be inserted in your Word document. | ||
You
can now copy this chart to the Windows Clipboard.
| From here you have several choices. If you have access to image editing software such as Microsoft Image Composer or Photoshop, you can paste the organizational chart in the software and save the selection as a gif or jpg file. Then you can insert the chart in your web page as an image file. | ||
| You
can also copy the storyboard into Microsoft PowerPoint and apply your
own background image to it.
For directions on how to manipulate your storyboard in PowerPoint, see the article Create a Storyboard with PowerPoint. |
