| Organization | Examine and update your site outline/storyboard. Can you
streamline it or do you need to make any changes?
Check your navigation bar for completeness and consistency. Be sure there is a link to your home page on every page of the site. |

| Page Properties | Be sure each page has an informational title.
Be sure each page has a mailto link to the person responsible for the page. Be sure each page includes the date of last revision. |

| Design | Be sure each page and site section makes consistent use
of:
Be sure there is sufficient contrast between text and background on each page. Be sure each page is suitable for printing. Eliminate any need for the visitor to scroll sideways on a page. Be sure your splash page fits completely on a 13 inch monitor (640x480 pixels). |

| Navigation | Check all your internal links and fix any that are broken.
Check all your external (absolute) links and fix any that are broken. |

| Mechanics | Revise for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Proofread all pages carefully. Run a spell check on all pages. Cite references where necessary. Obey all copyright laws. |

| Test | View your pages in both Netscape
Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer.
View your pages on a standard 13 inch monitor. View your pages via a modem and check the download time. Revise any pages that take more than about 40 seconds to download. |
