A hyperlink is a direct connection from the current location of the cursor to another location. |

| You can create a hyperlink to your email address. This is
called a mailto link.
When you create a mailto link, it takes the visitor to a New Message box in the visitor's default mail program. The message is pre-addressed to the email address you designate in the tag. |

To create a mailto hyperlink in Netscape Composer,
Alternately choose Insert, Link from the Main Menu. |

The Link Properties dialog box appears. Note that the Link Text is displayed. You will have to type the mailto link directly into the Link Location text box as demonstrated in the graphic below. When you are finished, click on OK. |
