Turn an Image into a Hyperlink

To turn your image into a hyperlink, highlight the image.

Click on the button on the Composition Toolbar. The Image Properties dialog box will appear; it will be open to the Link tab.

Alternately you can double click on the image to bring up the Image Properties dialog box; then choose the Link tab .

If you are linking to another file in your own web page folder, click on Choose File and navigate to the file you wish to hyperlink to.

If you are linking to an anchor elsewhere on the web page, use the dropdown box to choose the anchor name.

If you are linking to another file in your web folder or to an anchor on the same page, the URL is relative to page location checkbox should be checked.

Do not check the Show border around linked image box.

Click on OK.
