Create an Ordered List
| The easiest way to order information on a web
page is to create a list. Many web pages contain lists of links organized according to categories. An ordered list uses an alpha-numberic numbering system to indicate each list item. |

| Ordered Lists | To quickly insert an ordered list in a document with
FrontPage Express, click on the Numbered List button on the Format
toolbar. By default the Numbered List will use Arabic numerals. |
|
To change the type of alpha-numeric symbol used in an ordered list, go to Format, Bullets and Numbering on the main menu bar. The List Properties dialog box will appear. Choose the Numbered tab to see the selections for numeric list symbols |
||
|
||
| Select a symbol. Set the Start At value
if necessary. Click on OK. |
||
| Note:
You can click on the Numbered List button when you want to start a list,
then click the button off when you are done. Or you can type a series of items, highlight the items, and apply the list button and style of your choice. |
