Create Relative Links

A hyperlink is a direct connection from the current location of the cursor to another location.

Often you will want to provide a hyperlink from one page on your own web site to another page on the same site.

A link to another page (i.e., file)  in your own folder is called a relative hyperlink.

By default, the hyperlink type will be set for http: and the URL will already contain the http:// protocol.

To create an absolute hyperlink type the web site address you want to link to in the URL box and click OK.
