Add a Headline	Add a headline in FrontPage Express by changing the size of the type. The most precise way to change text size is to choose Format, Font on the main menu. The Font dialog box appears.

	Choose the headline size, style, and color you desire. You can also increase the size of text by highlighting the text and clicking on the Increase Text Size button on the Formatting toolbar.
Add a Horizontal Rule	To add a horizontal rule to your page: Choose Insert, Horizontal Line on the Main Menu. A horizontal line will appear. Right click on the horizontal line and the Horizontal Line Properties dialog box will appear.

	Set the width, height, alignment, and color of the line. Check Solid line if you want a filled in line. Note: Netscape Navigator will not display a colored horizontal line. Work around this problem by using a graphic of a horizontal line instead of the <HR> tag.
