Create a Hyperlink to a New Page

 

You can create a hyperlink to a new page in FrontPage 2000.
  • Highlight the clickable text.
  • Click on the Hyperlink button on the  Standard toolbar. 
  • The Create Hyperlink dialog box will appear.

  • Click on the Create a page and link to the new page button.
  • The New dialog box will appear.

  • By default the dialog box will open on the General tab.  The General tab contains a list of your template files. Choose the type of new page you want to create. Note that you can preview the page in the Preview box on the lower right.
  • Click on OK.
  • FrontPage 2000 will create a new page in Page View.  When you add content to this page and save it, the highlighted text on your original page will be automatically hyperlinked to the new page.
